Our ministries seek to help people apply God’s Word to their unique season of life. The meetings may look different from ministry to ministry but all are anchored in the gospel of Jesus Chris.

________

Sunday Service//Every Sunday at 10am we gather in community to sing to God and hear His Word preached. Visit our New Here? page to learn more about our Sunday Service.

Crossroads//Curious about Christianity? Crossroads allows people to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed atmosphere. Participants share a meal, hear a brief presentation about what the Bible teaches, then have an opportunity to discuss the material or ask questions. Contact the church office for times and location.

Care Groups//Vista New Life Church is small groups. We call these groups “Care Groups” because in them believers help each other walk with God in daily life and provide care and support to each other. This not only involves prayer and counsel and encouragement, but also helping each other with practical needs - such as meals for a family with a newborn or networking help to find a job - so that we can live as a community which displays the love of Christ. The groups meet twice per month.

Focus (College and Career Age)// The college and career age ministry seeks to equip those in this unique time of life to remained focused on God, his Word, and his church. Focus meetings occur twice a month at the church building. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, games, worship, relevant teaching, and discussion. Focus Meetings are open to both singles and young married couples in the college and career age range. Contact Ricky Alcantar at the church office for more information.

Children+Parenting//The Bible is clear that the call of Christian parents is to train and teach their children the gospel. We eagerly desire as a church to support parents in this effort.

We seek to serve parents by:
_providing a Childrens’ Ministry during our Sunday Service
_providing a ministry (called FourTwelve) for parents and youth age kids
_equipping parents with seminars and parenting courses\

FourTwelve (Jr. High, Sr. High, Parents)//FourTwelve takes its name from 1 Timothy 4:12: “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” The ministry exists to encourage those in Jr and Sr High to apply God’s Word to their lives and to equip parents to help their children during this season of life. The ministry meets twice a month.

Marriage//We seek to build strong marriages that reflect Christ’s love in caregroup meetings and through regular messages, seminars, and other contexts.

Team 30//A service-oriented ministry for older singles, Team 30 works to demonstrate the gospel through acts of service. A primary means of service for the ministry is caring for older widows across the border in Juarez.
